Ever wonder what it’s like to stay in a true tiny home? Or want to try something more unique? This modern tiny cabin has all the rare essentials normally not seen in a tiny home. It has a full size fridge, full washer & dryer and a bathroom with full size shower.
Our “Porch and Pine” is a rustic experience in a great location 10 min away from I-40 exit via the beautiful Foothills Parkway. This type of “Tiny Cabin” is less than 400 sq. ft., not including the lofts.
The space:
Our “Porch and Pine” Tiny cabin is a rustic but modern experience located on the quiet side of the Smoky Mountains. Located in Cosby Tennessee approximately 25 minutes from Gatlinburg and 35 min from Pigeon Forge, the cabin will accommodate 4 guests comfortably. In addition to the queen size bed in the bedroom, there is also a futon in the living room, a twin bed in a loft accessible by a ladder and a queen bed accessible by narrow stairs. If you would like to sleep a little closer to nature, there is also a futon on the large screened in front porch. The full bath has a stand up shower and bathtub. The kitchen has a full size fridge and stove along with basic cooking utensils. There is also a crock pot, toaster and coffee maker for pods. There is also a small table with seating for 3. The cabin is equipped with central heat and AC, towels, linens and kitchen necessities. Outside you will find a gas fire pit. Enjoy the large screened in front porch as an extension of the house. You will find rocking chairs, a small table and also some games on the porch.
Please enjoy the view of the 100 year old tobacco barn behind the cabin, but do not enter the barn. This is not part of the Airbnb. There is over an acre and a half to roam around the property.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire home. There is a key pad for you to let yourself in and come and go as you please. This is ideal for guests who need to arrive late. Guests do not have access to barn behind property as this belongs to the neighbors. The 100 year old tobacco barn does make for a neat view though!
Other things to note
++No check in or check out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.++
We supply a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Some basic first aid supplies are also located inside of the house.
Please monitor children while in the lofts at all times. Please do not allow children under age 10 in the lofts unattended.
TV in living room is a smart tv so you can sign into your Netflix, Prime etc. Basic cable is also provided. The TV in the bedroom has cable and a DVD player, but it is not a smart TV.
